Fundraiser for Ukraine!

The horror of what is happening in Ukraine has invited me to question “how can I help”. A few years ago I wrote a song called “Pierogi” for a family pierogi making day. It’s a short, raucous celebration of my Eastern European heritage and one of my favourite foods. I have just remastered this song and am asking friends, family and community to buy it through my Teenage Art Scene Bandcamp page. 100% of the proceeds of “Pierogi” will go to Ukrainians who are settling in my hometown, Victoria. My family and I will purchase gift cards for basic necessities and comfort items. We will distribute these gift cards directly or through one of the local organizations that are supporting Ukrainian newcomers. Please support my fundraiser and please spread the word.
